Laser Cutting & Engraving

 

Fiber laser with a cutting capacity of up to 16mm mild steel and 6mm stainless steel.

 

Tube jigging capacity is a service we have found much success in over the last few years.

 

Laser Cutting has provided service to Spectrum’s Customers from the get go.

 

Co2 laser engraving with a 2500 x 1300mm sheet capacity for wood, perspex and foam cutting projects, sporting a rotary attachment too, allowing the engraving of glasses, Wine bottles and a world of creative ideas limited only by the imagination.

 

Design and Print

 

Our Design and Print Department has proven to be a very successful addition to our service offering, giving us the ability to digitally print and cut vinyl media up to a width of 650mm. Our in house lamination, corporate gifting and branded products are just to name a few of the many value add options available. This includes resin doming facilities.

 

Our latest addition to the printing fleet now includes a Satin Ribbon Printer for printing continuous lengths of Ribbon up to 100mm wide.

Bending & Fabrication

 

Fabrication is something that has gone hand in hand with our profiling and bending facilities, giving our clients the option of drawing to finished raw product, ready for assembly or surface coating, as the requirement may be.

MIG, TIG  and Laser welding of light to medium weight projects in component form.

Our 60 ton NC Hydraulic Press Brake with a 3mm bending capacity over 2200mm, and thicker over shorter profile widths compliments our laser cutting service, making us your all round solution.

 

 

CNC Machining (Milling and Turning)

 

Spectrum's machining capacity boasts CNC Machining Center Services, 3 and 4 axis as well as CNC Turning. 

 

From single to Multi-operational processing, every effort is put into providing high quality machined products.

 

CNC Routing

 

Our newly commisioned CNC Router has opened up an entire new avenue of service to our clientel. 

 

Our 2700 x 1350, 24 000 RPM Router provides allows the a world of material processing options with 3 axis machining.

 

Custom Foam Inserts

 

Be it your prized Archery bow, rifle, your handy tool collection or valued camera & accessories which require safe keeping whilst in storage or travel, the options are vast in our ability to supply custom foam inserts fitted into robust cases to suit your individual needs.
